Happy Monday Everyone!
Hope you've all had a great weekend :)
I thought I would do a little post today as Boutique No7 have had some gorgeous new jewellery items in stock which I'm super excited about!
I am loving XFactor this year as you might have guessed and I do get a lot of my make up/fashion inspiration from this at the weekends! I recently have done a post on Cheryls gorgeous Purple eye make up and then this new set of jewellery has been seen on Mel B at the Judges houses!.. SO PRETTY!
The ones that I have are exactly the same but in pretty Lime and Black and they are only £15! I teamed mine up with a green smokey eye and a red lip! - who said red and green should never be seen?!..
The eyes are a blend of Golden Olive Pigment and Humid Eyeshadow - this time I used Painterly Paint Pot instead of my usual Tailor Grey and a bit of Carbon shadow in the crease to make it a little more intense.
My Lips are Red Enriched Liner with Dare You Lipstick which I love at the minute as the lipstick is a cremesheen so it means its nice and moisturising for the lips! Much needed when its horrible weather like this!
As I went quite bold on both eyes and lips, I kept my skin quite bare and just used Matte Bronze & Cork Eyeshadow to contour with a bit of Light Boost Highlighter pen on the cheekbones.
The earrings look amazing with your hair tied back so they are the main feature too!
Boutique No7's website is still under construction but you can follow them on Facebook at:
https://www.facebook.com/boutiqueno7 or you can contact them on shop@boutiqueno7.com if you want to place any orders!

Boutique No7 Launch!
Happy Friday Everyone!
Hope you're all amazing and having a great evening! I wanted to firstly apologise for the lack of blogging posts recently - I've had SO much going on, it's been really hard to find time but I DO have some exciting new news that I have been working on ....
The launch of Boutique No7 is happening in Bridgnorth TOMORROW!!!!
So for this beautiful new Boutique, I will be showing new pieces before they come in to stock, styling outfits with make up and new jewellery!
The launch is tomorrow at Northgate House, 7 High Street, Bridgnorth, WV16 4DB - if anyone has been to Bridgnorth before, it is opposite the Italian Peepos (which is also equally yummy if you fancy something to eat after you shop!!) and is going to be stocking some amazing labels and brands.
The first piece I thought I would do for you is with an amazing statement Phantom Necklace in the ISTANBUL style.
This is amazingly only £20 and would jazz up any outfit! For mine, I am wearing a big thick black jumper dress with purple eye make up to pick out the purple gems from the necklace.
For the eyes, I started off with Tailor Grey Paint Pot over the lid, up to the crease. I find these paint pots work better as a primer as they are pro longwear so they're super long lasting and it's really easy to blend powders over the top. I also put this paint pot underneath my eyes to hold the colour better. I then put Vibrant Grape all over the lid up to the crease and underneath along the lash line. To make it a little more smokey and defined I used shadow lady which is a great matte dark purple eyeshadow just in the crease using a #244 Blending Brush.
I added Smoulder Black Eyeliner in the waterline top and bottom and I cut some #48 lashes so that they were a little more natural and added with Duo Glue after letting it tack up for 2 mins! and....walla!
Boutique No7's own website and Instagram will be launching next week, for the mean time, I am putting pieces up on my own Instagram which is Laurajanewilde and they will also be taking orders via their email which is shop@boutiqueno7.com
Any other questions, feel free to give me a shout and keep your eyes peeled for some more exciting pieces!

Post #3 Inspired by Cheryls XFactor Makeup!
How many times have you said 'Aww get on with it..' and put up with the advert a minute on XFactor just to see Cheryls amazing inspiring Make Up?!
I had to do a post when she broke her bronze smokey eye normal look and went for a sweep of purple under the lash line, I'm not even sure if sweep is a word, but I'm rolling with it anyway, it was gorgeous!
To compliment the purple eye, she wore a soft rosy lip and a strong bronzed contour. I have done a look inspired by this and would like to share all the tips and all the products I used for the main parts.
SO firstly for the eyes, I prepped with Studio Finish concealer and then used Smoulder Kohl Liner on my waterline top and bottom. I then used a #239 Eye Shader Brush to place Tailor Grey Paint Pot where I knew I wanted the purple to be.
(Using a paint pot underneath any pigment will make it appear a lot bolder and more intense)
I then buffed a little bit of Cork Eyeshadow with a #224 Tapered Blending Brush to soften the edges of the paint pot. I used Naked Pigment to highlight all underneath the brow using this same brush.
The main tool I used was a #219 Pencil Brush - this is great for precision shading on the lid and crease and for this look along the lash line. I took Violet Pigment all under the lash line and then out towards the end of my brow. Using this brush I then went over the top lash line and blended a little more Cork over the top to soften.
Here I am wearing a little Blacktrack liner close to the lashes and #34 Lashes.
For the bronzed contour I used the MAC BB cream in Refined Golden and used this under the cheekbones and along the hairline. To highlight I used Light Boost Pen in a V shape under my eye and then blended Hush Cream Colour Base over my cheekbones to create a really nice dewy finish.
You're all going to kill me when I tell you that the Lipstick was a limited edition Cremesheen called Morning Rose..BUT the nearest to it is now Fanfare which is a favourite of mine to use when you want to go quite girly and natural on the lips.
Cheryl has a new Make Up Artist this series and I have found her really inspiring, if you want to follow her on Instagram or Twitter it is @karindarnell - she sometimes shares her secrets and products shes used which is always appreciated too!
Let me know what you think!

Post #2 MAC Rihanna Viva Glam Launch!
Happy Friday People! How is everyone? I just wanted to say a massive Thank you to everyone who has took the time to comment over this and twitter, its muchos appreciated and I hope you like my second post!
So it was exciting times yesterday when our Viva Glam Rihanna 2 launched in store! The fun thing about it is not only is the lipstick Ri'mazing but we get to listen to her tunes all day and wear a brand new outfit (Obvs!)
The first thing you have to know about this lipstick is it can look totally different depending on what liner you use with it so don't be scared of the initial metallic looking colour! It is super versatile and I wanted to show you that today.. the first look is Novel Romance inspired and wears the lipstick quite naturally, I have used the lipstick just in the centre of the lips using a lip brush and Subculture liner in the corners. I then used Big Baby gloss over the top..
The second look is a more Vampy look using Vino Lip Liner, for this I applied the lipstick all over first and then the Liner afterwards - ideally you will need to blend with a brush afterwards to soften the lines and then the Rihanna Viva Glam 2 Gloss over the top really finishes that statement lip off!.. This pic also has a cheeky swatch.. CRINGE!

First Post! Groomed Brows and the Perfect Pout!
So I was going to make my first post about a potato....but I changed my mind last minute! The first thing I wanted to say was a big High 5 to ALL Bloggers out there.. I didn't realise until yesterday how hard it was to create one. I feel I've shouted the words WIDGETs and GADGETs out at the computer more times in the last 24 hours than I ever want to again! But here it is, My Blog is still nowhere near perfect but I thought I'd give it a whirl with a first post about my Beauty MakeUp Pic I put up on my Instagram (LauraJaneWilde) a few days ago.
I'm currently working as a MAC Cosmetics Manager in the Midlands and I absolutely LOVE every minute of it. Below is a pic I took last Wednesday before going to work and I tried a few different things that I wanted to share with y'all as it was all really easy to do..
So the first thing I'm going to start with is... BROWS! My Boyfriend says that I have a HUGE obsession and that I judge everyone by their eyebrows which sooo isn't one bit true..(maybe..).. BUT they are super important and can change your wholeeee face shape. My passion for Brows came from working at a Brow Bar for Benefit Cosmetics and I learnt so much from them which I'm grateful for. There are SO MANY products out there which can make it hard what to choose. I will share these as I continue my blog but for this day I used MAC DIPDOWN FLUIDLINE.. which is actually a gel eyeliner. This is super longwearing and 100% Smudgeproof, you have to use it with a brush and I would fully recommend a hard angled one, #266 from MAC would be perfect! The main thing you need to know about this product is that less is more.. I use the tiniest amount and always wipe my brush a few times on a tissue before applying to the brows - this also helps you to get a really sharp line as you are getting rid of any excess product.
Once you have done that, start underneath your brow and draw a line from about 3mm from the beginning of your brow and then stop where your arch begins. Do the same on the top of your brow and then draw a line from your arch to your end point. Once the lines are in, all you need to do it brush all the hairs up with your brush following the shape of your brow and you shouldn't need to get any more product either because using the remainder of whats already on your brush will make your brow look really groomed but natural, this is also why I recommend leaving a 3mm gap.
If you are growing your brows or they aren't a shape that you can follow, I have put a picture below which is a guideline of where your Brow Start, Arch and End should be.
I'm not sure how long one post is meant to go on for guys so I just thought I'd finish with telling you what I did differently to my lips! I used MAC Boldly Bare Lip Liner with MAC Myth Lipstick in this pic. A current craze on counter at the minute is the Kylie Jenner Lip so I was inspired by this! To create the perfect pout I first used the liner to line my natural lip shape. I then drew the liner on my bottom lip but just at the corners and then the same on top. Then, Apply the Myth lipstick in the middle of your lips and because the colour is lighter in the middle and darker around the outer of the lips it makes your lips stand out more! You may need to soften a little bit by blending a little bit of the liner over the top of myth and it looks great with a gloss over the top too!
Hope this helps! :) If anyone has any questions or any tips on the old widgets then let me know xxMacPotato
